The “Sweet Tet Afternoon Tea” at 3pm on Sunday was designed to introduce traditional sweets eaten during the holiday, show the significance of sharing, and spark conversations about this important day in Vietnamese culture.
Food is a quintessential element of celebrating Tet in Vietnam. Many dishes hold significance and are often as much an offering as they are to be enjoyed.
From February 9th – 13th TIA Wellness Resort is offering special family-style and buffet dinner menus at The Dining Room. On the 9th, 11th and 13th we’re serving up a New Year’s Tasting Menu, where traditional Vietnamese dishes along with some delicacies from the region are available on a family-style menu. 5 Course Menus start at VND 1,600,000 ++ per person, VND 2,600,000 ++ inclusive of a curated organic wine pairing. On February 10th there will be a seafood buffet and a piano performance for VND 1,250,000++ per person, with an array of freshly-caught seafood such as lobsters, oysters and prawns. An Asian BBQ buffet on the 12th offers an abundance of flavors from around the region and a Vietnamese band providing live music. Each day of Tet the Ocean Bistro is serving up an Oyster and Champagne feast with prices starting from VND 990,000 ++ for 2 person.
