
Guided by our “Eat Light, Feel Bright” philosophy, we are delighted to unveil the new wellness-focused menu at Ocean Bistro, a harmonious blend of creative plant-based cuisine and ocean-fresh bounty. With 80% of dishes newly reimagined, this menu represents a complete transformation thoughtfully designed to balance nutrition, flavor, and authenticity.

Each dish now carries a wellness rating, empowering guests to make mindful dining choices. Lighter creations include the Probiotic Power Bowl, a gut-nourishing medley of tempeh, brown rice, beetroot, cauliflower, rocket, pickled vegetables, and walnuts, and the Banh Mi Chay, a vibrant plant-based twist on Vietnam’s beloved sandwich made with mushroom pâté and sautéed shiitakes.

The menu brings together both local and international inspirations, from Pho and Cao Lau (offered in both pork and plant-based versions) to Prawn Spring Rolls, Pulled “Pork” Mushroom Burgers, and Prawn Charcoal Burgers that elevate familiar comfort food with TIA’s wholesome approach. A new selection of Wholesome Bites and Seafood Nibbles, featuring sharing-style dishes like calamari and scallops, adds a touch of sociable indulgence. Meanwhile, the Elemental Grill section offers fresh catches from the sea, from lobster to squid, cooked to perfection.

To end on a naturally sweet note, desserts such as the Coconut Sundae with house-made coconut nice cream and tropical fruits, and the Salted Peanut Butter Bar embody indulgence without added sugar, drawing sweetness from nature itself.
