TIA is seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER – WELLNESS to enhance our guests’ wellness journeys, with a starting date in March/April 2025.

 

THE ROLE

 

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Assistant Manager Wellness to take on a leadership role in overseeing both the wellness center and overall resort operations. While the primary focus will be on the wellness department, this position works closely with the resort management team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations across all areas. Key responsibilities include leading the wellness team, managing budgets, creating personalized guest experiences, and stepping in to support resort-wide operations in the absence of senior management. This role balances a focus on wellness with broader resort management duties, contributing to both business growth and guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Operational Excellence

 

> Manage daily operations of the wellness center and collaborate with the management team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction across the resort.

> Work closely with other departments to ensure effective and prompt communication.

> Assist the management board in overseeing overall resort operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

> Understand and support all operational departments, acting as a leader in the absence of resort management.

 

Team Leadership and Development

 

> Lead the wellness center team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

> Inspire the team to embody and promote the resort’s wellness philosophy.

> Organize training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

> Support resort management in the development of all resort employees.

 

Guest Experience Management

 

> Cultivate strong relationships with both guests and staff.

> Develop personalized wellness experiences that exceed guest expectations.

> Address guest inquiries, feedback, and needs, ensuring personalized service.

> Assist the duty manager and guest care team daily in all aspects of guest experience.

 

Financial Management

 

> Help develop and manage the wellness center budget, monitor monthly P&L, and control daily expenses to maximize profitability.

> Track monthly revenue and set sales targets to achieve financial goals.

> Monitor financial performance and records, implementing proactive cost-saving measures.

 

Innovation and Program Development

 

> Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and innovations.

> Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs, activities, and services.

> Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and elevate the resort’s reputation in the wellness industry.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

> Proven management experience, ideally in a wellness-focused resort environment or similar.

> Passion for wellness with a broad understanding of holistic health concepts, such as dietary practices, fitness, yoga, mindfulness, life coaching, massage, and beauty treatments.

> Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is preferred.

> Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.

> Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
